The Process

AP uses a unique, Patented technology to repair plastics which have been broken or where sections of a Component have been damaged.

Where equivalent mending techniques will usually weaken and destroy the integrity of the plastic, AP's system results in the repaired section becoming stronger.

Aircraft plastics has also developed specialised techniques to ensure all components meet aviation authority standards, while maintaining the original texture and finish of the part.

The result is a fully refurbished component, which on inspection, will appear as if it has come directly from the OEM.

Parts Bank

Because of the specialised nature of our repair system, most interior plastic panel repairs must be conducted in one of our refurbishment plants.

To ensure quick turnaround times, it is possible to keep a cache of refurbished parts at an AP plant. This will result in a turn-around time of less than 7 days to anywhere in the world.

In the case of short notice orders, we endeavour to keep turnaround time between 7 to 14 days world wide, however in some cases, this may not be possible in the case of unforeseen high demand or delivery difficulties beyond our control.


On-site Service

While a number of our specialist services must be performed at one of our plants, we offer a global on-site service. This service is evaluated on a case by case basis.
